A digital voucher from The Chefz that allows users to get an instant discount on their order within the app. The voucher can be used across all available services except for reservations. It is valid for one-time use only, and any remaining balance is non-refundable if the order value is less than the voucher amount.

How to Use

• Open The Chefz app and log in.
• Shop from a store, add the product to your cart, and select a delivery time or schedule your order.
• Proceed to checkout and enter the coupon code in the Promo Code field.
• Record the code sent to you. The code amount will be deducted from the total order amount.

Terms and Conditions:

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• This e-gift card can be used on The Chefz app.
• The code sent may only be used once.
• If the total order price is higher than the coupon value, the customer must pay the remaining amount using one of the online payment methods.
• Once issued, eGift Cards cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the merchant's terms and conditions.
• Items purchased using this e-gift card can be refunded in accordance with the merchant's product refund and exchange policy. The merchant is responsible for the product and service provided to customers through the use of this e-gift card.
